A strong chromatic contrast, made even stronger by the particular construction of the garment. This piece is born from the mix of two iconic vintage dresses: the original and optimally preserved Missouri Tigers American football shirt and a yellow Starter sweatshirt with front logotype.

From these two vintage dresses we have created a new streetwear sweatshirt: our seamstresses have outdone themselves; the garments were disassembled and reassembled piece by piece with the “Frankenstein” technique. We have created a sweatshirt with a perfect fit, the points of union of the two garments show a perfect cleanliness.

Pope Joan is the sustainable fashion brand: we are looking for the finest vintage men's and women's clothing kept in excellent condition. We wash it, disinfect it and then it becomes the starting point for the creation of our collections of unique pieces. Marco, our Art Director, designs these vintage dresses never seen before; our seamstresses then make them by hand. Fabio designs the graphics, rich in meanings and never banal. The Pope Joan taste was born from this team, a slow fashion brand that loves to be outside the rules of the fashion industry.
